Some items on the website are subject to availability and there is no guarantee that a dress would be in stock when your order is placed. The time frame is clearly indicated on every dress page on the website, if by chance an item is not in stock when you place your order you would be notified by email immediately and you would have the opportunity to have a special order. You can purchase as many as you wish either to try for size or colour - but do send us your measurements (bust, waist and hips) to help you decide the size to order.
If in case you love 2 or more dresses, and not sure which one to order, you could order any number of dresses at a time, and you would have 14 day return policy for full refund on the dresses you returned (this is an exception for customers who ordered 2 or more dresses, on the terms that they keep at least one of the dresses). For the Autumn/Winter, Spring/Summer season, the website would be updated with new collection, so you will always be spoilt for choice.
If you can, prior to ordering or after ordering, try measuring yourself, around your bust wearing your normal bra, your waist around the navel or bellybutton, and your hips the fullest part of the hips, call or email us with these details, this will help us get your correct size.
If you would like to cancel an order after the order has been placed you must do so within 24hours. You are required to send an email or ring us stating that you wish to cancel your order. After 24hours all orders are sent to the processing warehouse and cannot be cancelled. If a delivery is refused by the customer a 35% restocking fee will be taken from your refund for refused packages.

The website is fully secured but if you are not comfortable to order online, you can ring us with your card details or we can send you a payment link which would enable you order at your own comfort. You can also do bank transfer or send us a cheque, but we can only process the order once the cheque is cleared and the transfer fully cleared into our bank account. Payment by Western Union or Worldremit is acceptable. You can pay by cash too.
At this time we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
The sizing are generous, but if you are unsure of your size, please send us your bust, waist and hip measurements, we would be able to advise you the right size to order.
We offer our clients the opportunity to pre-order items that are currently in production or that have sold out and are on back-order.
When you order one of these items, you are placed on a priority waiting list to be among the first to receive your selection once it becomes available. We will charge you immediately you place an order for back order.
From the moment the order leaves our warehouse, we deliver in 1-2 business days, for items that are available for immediate delivery.
All orders are processed Monday through Saturday (Saturday only where the service is available and has been selected), excluding Sunday and holidays. Stunning Dresses cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond its control.
All items are shipped from our warehouse in London, UK or directly from our suppliers via drop shipping.
For security reasons, for all purchases made on www.stunningdresses.online the signature of the customer is required (or of an adult nominated representative) . All orders are delivered by any of the large courier services that we use. We allocate the delivery partner based on the delivery method selected and the value of your order.
Some orders maybe sent in one package or separately depending on availability
The courier may require the person who collects the package to show his/her ID. If no one is available to sign for the package, the courier will make a total of 3 delivery attempts, generally on 3 consecutive business days.
If there is still no one available to sign for the package, after 5 days with no communication, the package will be returned to Stunning Dresses. Stunning Dresses will try to contact the customer and to re-ship the package. In case of failure to deliver the package, Stunning Dresses will cancel the order and reimburse the customer.
Stunning Dresses will send you several e-mails during the order process to keep you informed of the status of your purchase. We will provide tracking numbers if necessary for security reasons, but only tracking links found in the shipment confirmation e-mail.
You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with a tracking link in order to track your shipment. We will then e-mail a delivery confirmation once we receive notification from courier that your purchase has been delivered.
Standard delivery is £8.99 and over depending on the volume and urgency of the delivery.
We can arrange an Uber or minicab delivery if the customer lives in London and needs the item same day, this service would be paid by the customer.
For online purchases, Stunning Dresses will refund the purchase price of merchandise that is returned in its original condition and only if accompanied by the original invoice, original Stunning Dresses packaging and security return/exchange label intact and attached to the item.
Please ensure that no sequins or stones missing or smell of perfume on the dresses, or stains on the dress. Dresses that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted, and therefore would not be refunded.
You must inform Stunning Dresses of your intention to return the item within 7 days of the date of delivery either by email or whats app message.
The return is totally at your expense using a track able courier service. Refunds will be issued in the same form as was used for payment.
Stunning Dresses reserves the right to refuse return of any item that does not meet the above return requirements at Stunning Dresses' sole discretion.
If an item is returned outside the 7 days policy only store credit would be issued which you can use anytime as it does not expire or exchange for another dress whichever you prefer.
Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund. Returns to www.stunningdresses.online are processed within 14 days of receipt of (i) the notification of the Customer's cancellation of the order or (ii) of the returned merchandise, whichever is later. A confirmation e-mail will be sent once your return has been processed and your account has been credited.
You also get a refund fully if your dress did not arrive on time or at all due to circumstances beyond our control, ie some external factors this is very rare but human errors can occur. (It is very important to let us know your wear date, as we work with time).
Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was used for payment, however it may take up to another 10 working days for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you.
Please note if a card is lost, stolen or cancelled, the refund would still go to the card not to different card.
Acceptance of your purchase would take place when the goods are dispatched. We have a right to refuse or accept a purchase.
If there was a discount issued during the order, the discount would be lost on the return of an item.
We would send you a tracking number via a link to your email address, and if your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven't received your order, please get in touch email@example.com and we would assist you.

We ship worldwide After an order is placed on our website for an international customer, shipping is calculated later as we do not know exactly how much it will cost, until we weigh the item. We will then email you with the shipping charges and then charge your card or send you link for the payment of the charges. Shipping to each country varies, and you may incur duty/custom charges, we do not have power over this.
The website is always being updated, as new season arrives. Last season stocks would be removed to make room for new season stock. Some old stock may still be available to order, just ask. Please grab it quickly when you can as these dresses do get sold out or production stops completely meaning we can't get the dress any longer!
All garments will have an ease in the bust, waist and hip measurements. All measurements represent body measurements, not the finished garment. Some dresses come with a matching shawl.
